Opt out of anonymous device analysis
We never store the original identifiable details about your mobile device. We only ever store an encrypted (“hashed”) version of your device MAC address.
Our customers use this to improve the shopping experience by analysing the daily average shop duration and frequency.
To opt out of this analysis, paste your MAC Address below. This will then be encrypted and stored so that our technology will know to exclude your device from future analysis and will delete any historical analysis that relates to your device.
On Apple Devices
Go to Settings, then General, then About, then “Wi-Fi Address”.
Hold down on this and click Copy. Paste this address into the form below and click submit.
On Android Devices
Go to Settings, then About Phone, then Status Information, then “Phone Wi-Fi MAC address”.
Hold down on this and Copy. Paste this address into the form below and click submit.
